Short answers to the questions collectors ask most. For how each page works, see Help. For plans and prices, see the Plans page.
What is ripz.one? ripz.one reads the public Panini blockchain and turns it into one view of your collection: what it's worth, your Profit on Sales, how close you are to finishing sets, and what's moving in the market.
Is ripz.one part of Panini? No. ripz.one is an independent tool built by collectors. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Panini.
Do I need to connect my wallet or share my Panini password? No. We only read the public blockchain. We never ask for your Panini password or login details, and nothing on ripz.one can move your cards or funds.
Can I use it on my phone? Yes. Every page works on a phone, and wide tables scroll sideways.
Where do the values come from? From real, completed sales recorded on the Panini blockchain. Not listings, and not anyone's opinion. How we turn those sales into a value is our own work, so we don't publish the steps.
What is the ripz.one value? Our headline value for an ordinary copy of each card. It's the value that carries a confidence letter where we've earned one.
What does the letter next to a value mean? It's our confidence letter, a track record rather than an opinion of the card: how often our value for cards like this one has landed close to what they sold for next. A = at least 4 times in 5, B = at least 2 in 3, C = at least half, D = less than half.
Why does my card have no letter? There aren't enough sales yet to measure how reliable its value is. No letter isn't a low letter. Letters appear as sales build up.
Can I value my cards my own way? Yes. Pick a value basis on Holdings or Overview: the ripz.one value, last sale, an average, or your own figure. Your choice flows to every page. Which choices you can use depends on your plan.
Is a value what I could sell my card for? No. Values are estimates from past sales, not a price anyone has to pay. ripz.one is not financial advice and never tells you to buy, sell or hold.
How often do my figures update? The Live Feed within a couple of minutes. Your own pages about once an hour on Pro and All-Star, and once a day on Rookie. Anything you save yourself appears on the next cycle refresh.
Why does my profit look off at first? The blockchain shows what cards sold for, not what your packs cost you. Add your pack costs on the Costs page and your Profit on Sales gets much closer to the real thing. Start with your biggest cards.
How do I join? Sign in to ripz.one with Discord, then verify your Panini account by transferring any one card from it to the ripz.one Panini account. Any card works, with no minimum value. Every new account does this once, before choosing a plan. Once the card arrives, your collection starts loading.
Why a card? One card is the simplest way to show the Panini account is yours, without ever asking for your Panini password or login details. Any card works, with no minimum value. It isn't returned: verification cards go into future ripz.one giveaways.
How long until my collection shows? Usually a few minutes after your verification card arrives. We set up your first pages while it loads.
How do I set or change my password? In Settings, under Your account, choose Password. Forgot it? On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, sign in with Discord, then set a new one.
Where do I upload my Panini reports? In Settings, under Your Panini reports. It's the one place for every report, and it shows what's on file.
I joined through a partner community. What's different? Some Discord communities partner with ripz.one. Their members may get a member offer or All-Star seats. The details are pinned in your community's ripz.one channel.
Can I change my Panini account later? Only until your account is verified. After that it's locked, so check it carefully. If it's wrong, email support@ripz.one.
What plans are there? Rookie ($0), Pro (US$10 a month) and All-Star (US$25 a month). Pro and All-Star also open exclusive channels in the ripz.one Discord. See the full comparison on the Plans page.
What do I get on Rookie? Your collection refreshed once a day, valued at the ripz.one value, your closest set, 1 month of history and a taste of the market pages. Paid plans unlock the rest, and you can see everything they include before you upgrade.
Are there discounts or launch specials? Some partner communities have a member offer. If yours does, you'll see it on the Plans page when you're signed in.
How am I billed? Monthly, in advance. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, so ripz.one never sees your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes, which Stripe handles.
Can I change plans? Yes, any time from Settings, under Your plan. An upgrade starts straight away. A downgrade starts at the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I cancel? From Settings, under Your plan, any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Rookie. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? It's kept. Costs, your own values and packs you entered stay saved. Where your new plan doesn't include a value basis you used, those cards show the ripz.one value until you upgrade again.
What do you do with my data? We build your views from public blockchain data. We also keep what you give us: your account details, your costs and values, and any Panini reports you upload. We never sell your data. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I close my account? Cancel any paid plan from Settings, under Your plan, then email privacy@ripz.one and we'll close the account and remove your data.
Where do I get help? Ask in #general on our Discord. Bugs go in #ewww-bugs and ideas in #feature-requests. For billing or anything private, email support@ripz.one.
I found a bug. What should I send? The page, the card or collection, and a screenshot if you can. Post it in #ewww-bugs or email support@ripz.one.
