Terms of Use

Welcome to ripz.one. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and VRFID Pty Ltd, the company that runs ripz.one. By creating an account, signing in, or using ripz.one, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ripz.one.

Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Value disclaimer. They're part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

ripz.one is operated by VRFID Pty Ltd (ABN 85 678 882 758) ("ripz.one", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Contact us at support@ripz.one for plans, payments and your account, and at privacy@ripz.one for legal and privacy matters.

2. What ripz.one is (and isn't)

ripz.one is an analytics and information tool for Panini blockchain trading cards. It reads the public Panini blockchain and turns it into a picture of what you own, what you paid, what your collection is estimated to be worth, and what's moving across the market.

ripz.one is not a marketplace, a wallet, a broker, or a financial service. ripz.one does not:

  • take custody of, hold, or control your cards, funds, or crypto;
  • buy, sell, trade, or move anything on your behalf; or
  • give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

ripz.one is an independent analytics platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panini S.p.A. or any of its affiliates.

3. Plans

ripz.one has a plan with no subscription fee, Rookie, and paid plans: Pro (US$10 a month) and All-Star (US$25 a month). What each plan includes is shown on the Plans page.

Some plans are offered privately to invited collectors. They come with extra terms that you see and accept when you subscribe, and those terms form part of these Terms.

Rookie. Rookie has no subscription fee. We may change, limit, pause or end Rookie, or your access to it, at any time.

Discord. Paid plans include access to members-only channels in the ripz.one Discord while the plan is active. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord.

Previews. Some plans include early access to features we're still testing. Previews may be unfinished, and they may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Complimentary access. We may give some accounts All-Star access at no charge, at our discretion. Complimentary access has no monetary value, can't be transferred, and may be changed or ended at any time. If you have complimentary access and you promote ripz.one, you must clearly say that you received free access.

4. Paying for a plan

Who you pay. Paid plans are sold to you through Link, a Stripe service, which is the reseller (merchant of record) for your payment. Link takes your payment, handles tax, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your card statement will show "LINK.COM* RIPZ.ONE". Link's own terms apply to the payment. VRFID Pty Ltd provides the ripz.one service and is responsible to you for it under these Terms and the Australian Consumer Law. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars and include any GST, VAT or sales tax that applies. For Australian residents, the price shown includes GST. Checkout may show the price converted into your local currency. Your bank may charge its own fees.

Billing and automatic renewal. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, from the day you subscribe. Your plan renews automatically each month at the price that applies at the time, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your Account page, or through Link. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. It won't renew, and your account then moves to Rookie (our plan with no subscription fee). Nothing is deleted.

Changing plans. An upgrade starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current month. A downgrade starts at the end of the month you've paid for. If your new plan doesn't include something you used, such as a value method, your data is kept and is shown again if you upgrade.

Refunds. Because you can cancel any time and keep your plan to the end of the month you've paid for, we don't usually refund part of a month. We will give a refund:

  • where the Australian Consumer Law, or another law that applies to you, gives you a right to one (for example, if there is a major failure with the service); and
  • for the unused part of a month you've paid for, if we end your paid plan or materially reduce what it includes, other than because you breached these Terms.

Link may also refund a payment within 60 days under its own process.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried over the next 7 days and you keep your plan in the meantime. If it still hasn't gone through, your account moves to Rookie.

Price changes. We may change the price of a paid plan. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it applies from your next renewal after that. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before then.

Changes to a paid plan. We improve ripz.one over time. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you first, and you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the month.

5. Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Your account and wallet

  • Verifying your account. Every new account is verified once, before you choose a plan, by transferring one card from your wallet to the ripz.one Panini account as a one-off activation card. Any card counts, whatever its value. You only do this once, whichever plan you choose or change to later. If your account was set up before 17 October 2026 without an activation card, you don't need to transfer one.
  • Activation cards. When you transfer an activation card, ownership of it passes to VRFID Pty Ltd. The transfer is final: the card isn't returned, swapped or paid for, including if your account or plan is changed, suspended or closed, and we may give it away in future ripz.one giveaways. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
  • Each account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and take reasonable care of them.
  • Each account follows one Panini wallet. While your wallet isn't verified, you can change it yourself (any number of times in the first 24 hours, then once every 7 days). Once it's verified, changes go through us.
  • Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to your account.
  • Use ripz.one only for your own lawful, personal collecting.

7. Things you must not do

Please don't:

  • share your account, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute ripz.one or the information it produces;
  • use any automated means, including scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or headless browsers, to access ripz.one or to collect, copy or extract its data or values, or use anything you obtain from ripz.one to build or feed another product, dataset or service;
  • copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to recreate how ripz.one works;
  • try to access accounts, data, or views that aren't yours;
  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, or probe the security of the platform; or
  • use ripz.one to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

We keep a record of how often each account requests data, so ripz.one stays fast and fair for everyone. Normal use, including heavy use by a person, is fine. If an account looks automated, we may slow it down or pause it while we check.

Suspension. Each of the things above is a material breach of these Terms. If you commit one, we may suspend or close your account. Where practical, we'll tell you in writing what happened before or when we act. If we suspend or close a paid account because of a breach, we don't refund the rest of the month. If we close a paid account for any other reason, we refund the unused part.

8. Values are estimates, not advice

Every value, chart, and figure on ripz.one is an estimate. Estimates can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and card values can move sharply. Values, sales rankings and price history are for information only. Nothing on ripz.one is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Please read the Value disclaimer.

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 5, ripz.one is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't promise that ripz.one or its figures are accurate, complete, current, available, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Feedback and suggested values

If you send us ideas, bug reports, suggested values or other feedback, you agree that we can use them freely to improve ripz.one, without owing you anything. You confirm you're free to share what you send.

10. Intellectual property

ripz.one, including its name, design, layout, text, and the way it presents information, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use ripz.one under your plan, for your own collecting. That permission ends when your access ends. "Panini" and related names, and card images, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cards ripz.one describes.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 5:

  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of, or reliance on, ripz.one or its figures; and
  • our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially disadvantages people on paid plans, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before then and get a refund for the unused part of the month. For other changes, we'll post the new Terms here with a new date. If you keep using ripz.one after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

You can stop using ripz.one at any time. To close your account, cancel any paid plan, then email privacy@ripz.one.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
